PRIVACY: Your personal information, that you submit to any form on our site that is requesting personal information for a specific purpose, will be used only for that purpose and will absolutely not be shared with anyone in any way ever! (GDPR Compliant)
MARKETING: If a product or service on our site includes video, audio, and/or text (ie testimonials), portions of those may be used by Algebra with an A for marketing purposes, while completely maintaining your privacy.
DELIVERY: Services will be provided as stated on the site, and further coordinated between the tutor and student for dates, times, and location. Access information for all products on our site will be outlined in your Order Receipt details, that will be sent to the email you used at the time of your purchase shortly after the payment process has completed.
REFUNDS: Due to the nature of the work, and the nature of technology, no refunds are available on any product or service that involves tutoring and coaching, unless otherwise clearly specified on the site.
COMPATIBILITY: To maintain professionalism and integrity in the area of this work, I reserve the right to decline, and refund you immediately, if I feel that we are not a good fit for any reason.
