Denise's journey into this work began from unimaginable loss. Instinctively, she began merging art with words in her journals, allowing her soul to speak when words alone failed. This deeply personal form of art journaling became not just a lifeline, but a powerful tool for healing. Today, it remains a vital part of her own self-discovery, and it’s the foundation for her work with others.
Denise is a certified life coach, expressive arts therapy educator, Visionary Art Therapists member and certified Soul Pages Facilitator. She blends her training, 20+ years experience and heart to facilitate expression, healing and self-discovery.
Her approach is grounded, gentle, and soulful, offering a space where you can explore your inner world through color, image and reflection. All services are offered virtually, and no artistic background is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
